Every year, the McGrath Family joins together to buy toys and books for underserved children.  In conjunction with Toys R Us and Barnes and Noble in Framingham, the McGrath Family purchased more than $25,000 worth of toys and book for various youth-programming organizations.  The 2009 Holiday Toy Drive was held on Sunday, November 8th.  The toys and books were donated to Toys for Tots, Italian Home for Children, The Fund for Boston Neighborhoods, and ReadBoston.  In addition, Marines from Toys for Tots spoke to the family about the immense need faced by the children they serve every year.
